Founded in 2004, Panes Windows & Doors began with a simple mission: deliver premium-quality windows and doors directly from the factory to homeowners, eliminating the middlemen and retail markups that drive up costs across the industry. What started as a small, family-owned operation in the Chicagoland area has grown into a trusted manufacturer serving three major markets across the United States and Canada. Our headquarters and showroom are located at 38 N Lively Blvd in Elk Grove Village, Illinois, where customers can see and touch our full product line before making a decision.
Panes currently serves over 200 cities across three regions. Our largest market is the greater Chicagoland area, covering Chicago and its surrounding suburbs throughout Cook, DuPage, Lake, Will, Kane, and McHenry counties. We also serve homeowners and builders across Southern Ontario, including the Greater Toronto Area, Mississauga, Brampton, Hamilton, and surrounding communities. Our newest market covers Central Iowa, anchored by Des Moines and West Des Moines, bringing factory-direct windows and doors to the heart of the Midwest.
Every Panes product is built to order in our own factory. Our vinyl window line includes double-hung, casement, bay, bow, picture, slider, awning, and shaped windows – all available in custom sizes to fit any opening. We also manufacture fiberglass and steel entry doors that enhance curb appeal and security, as well as sliding patio doors and multi-track patio doors that create seamless indoor-outdoor living spaces. With an average production time of just 14 days, homeowners and builders do not have to wait months for their custom orders.
